Covering SL7

Gutter cleaning in Marlow is easy to get wrong cheaply. The front run gets cleared, the back does not, and nobody is any the wiser until the next heavy rain comes through the bedroom ceiling.

Every run on the property gets emptied, the downpipes get water down them to prove they drain, and you get the photographs. If something turns out to be broken rather than blocked, you get told and priced separately.

What we do in Marlow

What a fixed price actually means

You get a figure for the job in Marlow before we arrive, based on the property rather than the clock. If it takes us longer than expected, that is our problem, not your invoice. Hourly rates only ever reward whoever works slowest.

Questions

Gutter cleaning in Marlow — common questions

Do I need to be at the property?
Usually not. If we can reach the whole perimeter without going through the house you don't need to be there. If access is via a locked side gate, leave us the code or the key arrangement on the form and we'll work around it.
What if you find damage rather than a blockage?
You get the photo and a separate quote for the repair. Nothing extra gets done or charged without you agreeing to it first. Small items like a single bracket or union we can often sort on the same visit if you'd like us to.
What happens to the debris?
It comes down the pole into the drum rather than being flicked onto the roof or the lawn, then it is bagged and left tidy for your green waste collection. Nothing gets tipped into the borders or left in a pile by the fence.
What areas do you cover?
We keep a deliberately tight radius so arrival times stay reliable. The areas page lists the towns and villages we work in. If you're just outside it, ask anyway — we'll give you a straight answer either way.
