Where that will not do it, we work off a ladder — two storeys maximum, never higher. Roof washing is done from a mobile scaffold tower rather than ladders leant on the guttering. Repairs and roof moss work need proper access too, and we will tell you which applies to your property before we start.
Do you work on commercial and managed blocks?
Yes — flats, managed blocks, offices, retail and schools, up to three storeys — that is what the pole reaches from the ground and what we are set up for. Above three storeys is outside what we are set up for, and we would rather say so than turn up and find we cannot reach. For managed sites we can work to a scheduled programme and provide a photo record per visit for your files.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, card, or an invoice. For a one-off job payment is due once the work is finished and you have seen the photographs, not before. Landlords, letting agents and managing agents can be set up on account and invoiced.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 24 hours before and there is nothing to pay — just tell us. Inside 24 hours there is a 25% charge, because by then the slot has gone and it is too late to fill it.
