Why we only work one area
Travel time is what makes trades late. Sticking to one patch around High Wycombe, rather than chasing work across the country, is the reason we can give you a morning or an afternoon and actually turn up in it. It's also why we'd rather tell you we can't reach you than take the booking and let you down.
Why every job gets photographed
Gutter work happens where you can't see it. That's an easy place to cut corners, and plenty do — the front run gets cleared and the back doesn't. A before-and-after photo of every run is the simplest way to prove that hasn't happened.
Why we quote fixed prices
Hourly rates reward whoever works slowest. You get a figure before we start, based on the property rather than the clock, and that figure is what you pay — even if the job turns out to take longer than we expected.
Why we'll talk you out of things
We'd rather say a guard isn't worth it on your house, or that your roof shouldn't be pressure washed, than take the money and have you find out afterwards. Repeat customers are worth more than a single oversold job.
From first call to photo record
Enquiry
Send the postcode and a photo of the property. Most houses we can price from that alone, within one working day.
Set up
Vacuum system assembled at ground level. Camera on the pole head so we can see into the run before we start.
Clear & check
Gutters emptied, downpipes and hoppers flow-tested, debris bagged and left tidy. Faults noted and photographed as we go.
Report
Before-and-after photos of every run sent over, with anything we found that needs attention and what it would cost.

Three-month clean guarantee
If a gutter or downpipe we cleaned blocks again within three months because of debris we did not remove, we come back and put it right at no charge.
What it does not cover
- New debris, leaves or moss that gets in after our visit
- Damage or faults in the guttering itself, and structural problems
- Blockages in areas that were not part of the original job
