Gutter cleaning in Downley

Gutters, roof moss, fascias and jet washing — booked together and done in one visit.

Covering HP13

Once we are set up outside a property in Downley, the access is already there. That is why most customers get the fascias done, or the roof moss cleared, at the same time as the gutters.

Booked together it costs a good deal less than three separate visits, and the whole outside of the house gets sorted in one go rather than spread across a summer.

What we do in Downley

One visit instead of three

Separate trades mean separate call-out costs, separate days off work and three different people telling you three different things. Everything above head height on a Downley property can be done in a single visit by the same outfit.

Questions

Gutter cleaning in Downley — common questions

Do you work on commercial and managed blocks?

Yes — flats, managed blocks, offices, retail and schools, up to three storeys — that is what the pole reaches from the ground and what we are set up for. Above three storeys is outside what we are set up for, and we would rather say so than turn up and find we cannot reach. For managed sites we can work to a scheduled programme and provide a photo record per visit for your files.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer, card, or an invoice. For a one-off job payment is due once the work is finished and you have seen the photographs, not before. Landlords, letting agents and managing agents can be set up on account and invoiced.

What if I need to cancel?

More than 24 hours before and there is nothing to pay — just tell us. Inside 24 hours there is a 25% charge, because by then the slot has gone and it is too late to fill it.

Will you show me what the roof will look like first?

Yes. Before a roof gets washed or scraped we clean a small test patch and let you look at it, so you can see how yours is likely to come up before you commit. Roofs vary — tile type, age and how long the moss has been there all matter — so treat it as a guide to your roof rather than a promise that every roof finishes the same.
